Each facility has a list of requirements to work in their building. These are called compliance lists. A compliance list is created and linked to a specific license and specialist, as shown below. Facilities are encouraged to be specific when creating a compliance list so that the clinicians know which unit they will be working on for their shift.
When clinicians begin to request open shifts, the facility user has the ability to review each clinician and determine if they match the credential requirements for their building. It will show "matched", "missing", and "other" credentials that correlate what is in the facility compliance list vs what the clinician has in their profile.
Clinicians are encouraged to have all of their credentials added to their profile as soon as possible, however, they can start requesting shifts as soon as their license has been verified. It is then the facility’s decision on whether they will accept the request or not without the credentials they require.
