Any time you cancel a scheduled shift, the app will put your account on a freeze for fourteen days. When your account is frozen you will not be able to request any shifts during that time but you are still expected to complete any shifts that you had previously scheduled.
We do understand that emergencies and life happens so we have a committee that goes over the frozen accounts every Friday to review the cancellations and will then decide if they can unfreeze your account early!
If you have canceled a shift and you would like your account unfroze early, please write in with a detailed explanation as to why the shift was canceled and your reasoning will be passed along to the committee to review!
