Contacting a clinician who has requested a shift at your facility
Congratulations! A Nursa clinician is interested in working with you. Let's take a look at how we can contact them.
As you can see we now have the option to contact the clinician!
PRO TIP: Sending an In App Message is always recommended, not only will this go straight to the clinicians Nursa App but it also allows you to create a conversation thread that you can go back to as needed in the future!
Lets look at contacting a clinician who you’ve already hired.
Once you are in the job card preview you’ll see the phone/message icon on the right hand side. When you click this you’ll have the option to call, message or email the clinician.
