We do not tolerate No Call No Shows on a shift. If you No Call No Show to a shift or cancel last minute, disciplinary action may be taken upon no call no shows, even leading up to us not allowing you to pick up shifts in our app permanently
We have a committee that meets every Friday to discuss extenuating circumstances on cancellations/frozen accounts. They decide on accounts that stay frozen and which ones are unfrozen based on work history and cancellation rate.
**The committee will be the ones to decide if your account will be unfrozen.**
