Work weeks through Nursa are Sunday-Saturday and you get paid the following Friday.
You must complete your shift reports by Sunday night @ 2359 in order to get paid within the correct pay period. Payments are made via direct deposit, straight to your bank account.
*As an independent contractor, once a clinician earns more than $10,000 within a year through the Nursa App, you will be required to submit your drivers license for identity verification. If you do not (re)submit your drivers license, it may delay further payments at that point.*
In order to get paid, you must set up your wallet by adding your direct deposit information and completing a W-9 tax form. Follow the steps below to set up your wallet:
- Click on the Menu icon (three lines) in the top left corner
- Select "Wallet" from the menu options
If you have not added your direct deposit information, the screen will automatically prompt you to do so as your next steps.
If you have added it already the screen will show "total earnings" and "processing" as seen in the image below.
Please remember to read the fine print in each section if ever questions may arise regarding past or upcoming payments.
