The facility scheduler reviews all requests and selects a clinician to work the shift. If you’re selected, you will receive a notification in the app letting you know that you have been scheduled and are expected to show up and work.
The Nursa App will encourage you to add your scheduled shifts to you calendar right from your phone.
It is your responsibility, as the clinician, to check your schedule within the Nursa App often to ensure you know when you have an upcoming shift.
To view your schedule:
- Click the drop down menu in the upper left corner
- Select "Schedule"
- Change your job filters in the upper right corner to view "Scheduled" & "Requested" shifts
*note that there is no consequence for removing a pending request if you are no longer available to work*
